Returns
You may initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, we’re unable to process refund or exchange requests.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please note: Products should not be returned to the manufacturer under any circumstances. All returns must be handled directly through Smoke2Door.

Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases where:

- Parts, accessories, or original packaging are missing for reasons not due to our error.
- Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you received a damaged, faulty, or defective vape product or smoking accessory and wish to exchange it for the same item:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a store credit in the form of a gift certificate once your return is processed.
If the gift was sent to the original buyer:
- The refund will be issued to the gift giver’s original payment method, and the gift giver will be notified of the return.
